Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee. Alaska and Hawaii may take 5-7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate of $8.99.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. We’re working on expanding international shipping in the future.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in original packaging. Fishing rods and reels have a 15-day return window due to their specialized nature. Items must be in new, unused condition.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes! You can exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days. The exchange process is the same as returns – just select “exchange” instead of “return” when processing.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, log into your account and select the order you want to return. Follow the return instructions, print the prepaid return label, and ship the item back to us.
