Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase (15 days for rods & reels).

Condition of Items

Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Exceptions

Certain items, such as clearance products or damaged goods not due to our error, may not be eligible for return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase (15 days for fishing rods and reels).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

 

3. Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely with the original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided in your authorization email.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

 

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
